SUBMIT. REVIEW. LIVE.
Nothing reaches the public site until someone has looked at it. A creative submits a project, it shows up in the admin queue, one click approves it, and it lands on /projects. The status on the creative's own dashboard flips to Live at the same moment.
TYPE FIRST, ONE COLOUR PER PAGE.
NOT EVERYTHING SHOULD SHOUT.
Buttons, chips, tags and badges each have one job. There is one primary action per view. Row actions are text only. Choices are soft pills, read-only tags are outlined, and status badges are the only filled colour in a list.
THE BOARD, FILTERED IN PLACE.
Filters live in a sidebar of collapsible groups. Opening a group, picking a discipline or clearing it updates the list and the count immediately.
A DIRECTORY OF PEOPLE, NOT LOGOS.
Every creative card leads with the person. On hover the photo pushes in. Filtering by industry reflows the grid rather than reloading it.
BUILT FOR THE PHONE IN YOUR HAND.

APPLY WITHOUT LEAVING THE ROLE.
A role page opens its own application panel: a short note, an optional portfolio link, and send. Once it's sent, the button turns into a lime confirmation, and a reload won't let you apply twice.
A PROFILE THAT TELLS YOU WHERE IT STANDS.
HIRING, FROM VERIFIED TO SHORTLIST.
Companies get their own dashboard. A new company is marked Verification pending until the team approves it. Applicants are grouped under each listing, and a studio can mark someone as viewed or shortlist them in place.
ONE QUEUE FOR EVERYTHING WAITING.
The admin console is built with the site's own design system. Creatives, companies, projects, roles and blog posts all wait in one queue, and the count drops to "All caught up" as items are approved.
THE CREATIVE'S DAY, AT A GLANCE.
The dashboard home shows live numbers, a feed of what changed (shortlisted, applied, approved, live) and a profile-health checklist.
